Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you want to forward messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
